Tips for Mums: As a pregnant mum, I found using a wheat bag helped relieve the pain in my lower back and on my tummy as it grew. With a young one, you can heat a wheat bag and put it in your babies cot before baby going to bed to warm it up, and then relax on your tired shoulders while baby goes to sleep.
