The light also has a hole at the top so it can be hung with ease with a command hook or a push pin, it can also be easily propped up, so where you put it is up to you.

This LED Neon light requires 3 AA batteries (not included) to function, or it can be plugged in via USB. This light uses a low voltage and energy saving system to keep power usage to a minimum. The battery pack contains an ON & OFF switch so the light can be powered as required, if the light is powered via USB the light is on continuously unless unplugged.
