  • First-Time Customers – If 2025 is your first time buying, you must make one additional purchase within the same year.
  • Receive Your Refund –– At the end of 2025, we will refund a number of purchases depending on the company’s profits

Shipping Information

Orders typically take 7 to 21 working days to arrive, including carefully packed plants. Orders delivered near Christchurch may arrive sooner.

All deliveries are made in accordance with our stated timeframes; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We strive to deliver your order within 7 to 21 working days, but delivery timeframes are estimates only.

If any additional shipping charges are required, you will be informed upfront before we proceed with your order.

Orders take 2 to 3 working days to process before dispatch. Please avoid early status inquiries during this processing period.

Tracking Enquiries Policy

Please note: We will not respond to tracking number enquiries within the first three weeks after your order is placed. If you are unable to wait, please do not place an order.

We are a two-person team based in Christchurch, manually processing, packing, and dispatching orders. Unlike large retailers with automated systems, our tracking updates (where available) are handled manually, which takes time and incurs additional costs.

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Average shipping time is about 7 to 21 working days. 

Please note, we cannot control processing delays in customs or additional delivery time to locations in the rest of the world.
